Our experience has been that Industrial Services is just a phone call away – they typically take care of us same day. They always find the problem, no matter how long it takes. And they never jerry-rig or do work-arounds. They track down the problem until correctly solved. I find Industrial Services to be honest and responsible – they don’t blow you off – which sometimes happens in their industry. We have an annual contract with them because we wouldn’t use anyone else.

We had a city council meeting scheduled for 6:00. About 3:00 we noticed that the council chambers upstairs were getting warm and it quickly became evident that our air conditioning system was down. I called Industrial Services immediately. They were in Champaign on another job. When they finished that job they drove over to Taylorville. By 6:00 they had the problem identified and fixed. The council meeting went off as planned – with a comfortable room temperature!

Industrial Services is always straight with us about what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it. They are extremely knowledgeable about pneumatic controls. They always show us the broken part and even share replacement part costs with us.

We use Industrial Services for servicing our HVAC mechanical systems in the elementary school, the junior high school and the high school. That is a total of 300,000 square feet. They are excellent and the only provider of this sort that we use. They are always clean and professional and quiet – which is very important in a school setting. When we have a concern they are usually on-site within a couple of hours of notification. I call and they are here. Period.

We started our relationship with Industrial Services as a result of their pricing – they were more competitive than other firms we had contacted. But, it is obvious that they are extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems. If they were not, a school couldn’t use them. We obviously need a quick diagnosis and solution. We have used Industrial Services for a number of facilities around Central Illinois for more than 10 years including roofing projects and mechanical work for heating and air conditioning. We use them for our most strategic and important buildings. These facilities house very high dollar communications switching equipment and other critical technology. The strategic facilities also include the major buildings where we have many valuable people working inside.

They are very service oriented and are always taking care of the customer. We use them for repairs of existing facilities, equipment and roof maintenance and emergency repair situations. We currently have a service agreement for temperature controls. We also use them for roof and HVAC installations in newly constructed or remodeled buildings. Industrial Services also has one of the best sheet metal shops in the region. We are very fortunate to have this team of craftsmen so close.
